Working as an illustrator, I have the joy of doing what I absolutely love: drawing.

For me, drawing is meditative, and I love helping others access the same frame of mind. That’s the magic of coloring: no stress, no skill required. Just an opportunity to let your body enjoy the benefits of meditating even if you didn’t know how.

Fun, easy, and oh-so-relaxing, coloring helps balance the mind and body and leaves you feeling refreshed.
